About Park & Rides
Skagit Transit owns and operates four Park & Rides. There are additional park and rides served by Skagit Transit routes. These are all open to the public and free of charge.
Where are Skagit Transit's Park and Rides?
Skagit Transit owns and operates South Mount Vernon P&R, March Point P&R, Alger P&R, and Skagit Station.
Skagit Transit maintains Chuckanut and Sedro Woolley Park and Ride lots. See below for more information.
Tips for Park & Ride lot users
Transit Park & Ride lots are not available for general, residential, commercial* or long term parking**, or for recreational use. * Private Charter or van companies can click here for more information concerning the use of the park & ride facilities.
** To obtain permission for overnight parking at a Skagit Transit owned lot, contact Skagit Transit at 360-757-4433 and get in contact with Customer Service.
Plan ahead. Vehicle parking and bicycle facilities are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and some lots fill up early on weekdays.
Observe the rules, regulations and hours of operation posted at each lot. They may vary. Remember to turn off your lights, lock your vehicle, store any valuable items in a locked trunk or glove box and take your keys with you.
Report any security concerns to the local police department.
