Construction Progress Update

We are excited to share the latest updates on the construction of our new facility, Maintenance Operations and Administration 2 (MOA2). As we continue to make significant strides, we are pleased to report the following progress:

Phase 1 Construction:

• Overall Completion: Phase 1 is currently 85% complete.
• East Elevation: Limited storefront and siding installation on the East Elevation are expected to be completed over the next three weeks.
• Building Canopy: Installation of the high-visibility Solarium Accent Trim and window flashings is scheduled to begin at the end of July.

We are on track for substantial completion by the end of August, pending any unforeseen conditions.
